Terms of Service

1 ·Acceptance

By downloading or using Cigu, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, please do not use the app. Cigu is operated by Learnest Lab Sdn Bhd ("we", "us").

2 ·What Cigu Does

Cigu helps Malaysian school teachers:

• Generate a Rancangan Pengajaran Harian (RPH) from a subject, level, topic, and your instructions
• Generate supporting teaching materials from an RPH — quizzes (kuiz), slides (slaid), and mind maps (peta minda)
• Save, edit, and organise your lesson plans and materials

Cigu is a drafting and preparation tool. It is not a substitute for your professional judgement as a teacher, and it does not represent the Ministry of Education, any State Education Department, or any examination body.

3 ·AI-Generated Content Is a Draft

Cigu uses third-party AI models (see our Privacy Policy) to draft content based on your inputs and on Malaysian curriculum reference material. AI can make mistakes. We do NOT guarantee that generated content is accurate, complete, up to date, or fully aligned with the current curriculum or your school's standards.

You must review and, where needed, correct every draft before relying on it, teaching from it, or submitting it. You remain the author and the responsible professional for any lesson plan or material you choose to use.

4 ·Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information and use Cigu for your own legitimate teaching and lesson-preparation purposes
• Keep your sign-in secure and not share your account
• Review AI-generated drafts before using them
• Not enter students' personal data (names, IC numbers, or other identifying details) into lesson-plan prompts
• Not use the app for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose, and not attempt to hack, overload, or disrupt the service

5 ·Your Content

• You own the RPHs and materials you create with Cigu, and the inputs you provide.
• You can edit, export, regenerate, or delete your content at any time.
• You grant us a limited licence to process your inputs and content solely to operate the service and provide it back to you — including sending your inputs to the AI providers named in our Privacy Policy so a draft can be generated.
• We do not claim ownership of your lesson plans and we do not use your content to train our own models.
• We handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

6 ·Plans and Pricing

Cigu currently offers a free tier that includes up to 30 generated RPHs per month. This version of the app does not include any in-app purchase or subscription — there is nothing to buy inside the app. We may introduce paid plans in the future; if we do, we will make the terms clear before you are asked to pay.

7 ·Limitation of Liability

Cigu is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee:

• The accuracy, completeness, or curriculum-alignment of any AI-generated draft
• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• That generated materials will meet the requirements of any particular school, district, or assessment

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, AI-generated content, for data loss, or for any indirect or consequential damages. You are responsible for verifying any content before you use it professionally.

8 ·Changes to the App

We may add, change, or remove features, and we may change or discontinue the service. We will give reasonable notice of significant changes where we can, through the app.

9 ·Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use of Cigu after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

10 ·Governing Law & Contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
